• The owner relocated to provide more parking for his customers
• We completely gutted the interior of the building.
• We installed a new kitchen, including a smoker to slow cook.
• We install a new refrigerator/freezer on the outside of the building.
• Custom booths and counters were installed.
• We also installed all new LED lighting with 13’ high black ceilings.
• We installed all of the electronics including the POS stations, five menu boards, touch screen TVs, and even a kiosk if you don’t want to wait in line.
• We installed custom made cabinetry with aluminum counter tops.
• As you can see, vibrant colors were used throughout the space.
• To keep it rustic, raw oak, cherry, hickory and pine boards were used.
• The finishing touch was the “Wisters” name, in flames, on the wall.
