• We removed the old treated decking.
• The sub-frame was rebuilt to accept the diagonal deck boards.
• The perimeter sub-framing was wrapped.
• The edge boards were fabricated and installed.
• The diagonal decking was installed.
• Hidden fasteners were used throughout.
• All end grains were sealed after cutting.
• We installed the spiral staircase with IPE treads.
• The rail posts were wrapped with fluted IPE.
• We made and installed the upper and lower rails.
• Decorative aluminum balusters were added for the finishing touch.
