Historical Exterior Building Restoration

• The existing building and porches were structurally sound.
• There was water damage all around the buildings’ facade especially at the roof lines.
• The bottom third of the columns and the railings were rotted and/or decayed.
• We made all the repairs to the damaged areas around the windows and roof lines.
• We removed all of the railings and the bottom third of the column wraps.
• Then we wrapped the columns with layers of Azek to duplicate what we had removed.
• We laminated Azek and custom made the water tables on top of the column wraps.
• We installed the solid vinyl Fairway Railing System throughout.
• Then the building was painted with two part epoxy paint.
