- The Owner wanted to freshen up the 30 year old facade.
- The building is 400 feet long.
- We removed the old pent roof and framed for the new facade.
- We drilled, formed and poured footers for the two new entrances.
- Next we built the two new entrances.
- We installed the new horizontal siding on the wood framing.
- We installed all new sign boxes and down lighting.
- We wrapped the two new entrances with bright red metal.
- All of the concrete sidewalks and curbs were removed and replaced.
- We also stuccoed the end of the building.
