- This all started because a foundation drain flooded the basement
- We excavated and built a custom basement entrance
- Then a 2nd story deck was added above the basement entrance
- We removed a window and installed a French door for the deck
- We constructed the custom iron railings and gate in our shop
- A pergola was added with all the trimmings
- We installed a complete blue stone patio with walkways and columns
- We installed gas lines for the linear fire pit and electrical for the pendant lights
- Then we applied stucco to match the existing house
- For the final touch, the landscaping was installed
