• The interior needed total renovation.
• The owner asked us to restore the exterior of the house as it was in 1881.
• We lowered the basement floor 24”, waterproofed and damp proofed.
• We built and two-story addition and a covered deck on the rear of the house.
• The entire house was re-roofed with shingles and standing seam.
• We installed all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC throughout.
• The entire house was brough up to current standards and Codes.
• Finally, we painted the exterior.
